The Department of classics at control university is fortunate to have at its disposal the Prescott W.Townsend Funnd- established by Mr. Townseds window, Daphne Townsend, in 1982. since 1985, income from the fund has been used to support the annual visit of a distinguished scholar in the field of classics.
